In this section we show Delta Baco’s Shipping Policies, standard shipping prices, as well as our interest in always serving you as soon as possible and responding to any inconvenience that may occur during transport.
We ship via DHL Express, FedEx and USPS. For B2C tobacco products we can use only National Postal Services.
For B2B Clients -our wholesalers, resellers and ambassadors- we maintain a logistics alliance with the best air, land and sea transport companies, guaranteeing 100% the destination of Delta Baco® products. In addition, we provide all the necessary permits: certificate of origin, phytosanitary, to comply with destination regulations. We have 20 years of import-export experience at your service. The cost of the transport is transparent: we pass on all our discounts to the client, and they are at cost.
We ship online orders Monday through Friday. The cut-off time for getting your order in to ship the following day is 12pm at Spain, Europe (GMT +1).
Examples: if you get your order in before 12pm pst on Monday, your package will ship on Tuesday; if you get your order in after 12pm on Thursday, your order will not ship until the following Monday.
Tobacco Subscriptions only ship on Tuesday or Friday of each week.
If a major U.S. holiday falls on a business day you can expect your tobacco to go out the next available shipping day.
This depends on where you are and how fast you need your merchandises. When choosing a FedEx option like Express or 2-3 day shipping, keep in mind that these are business days and the weekends as well as processing time are not included in this timeframe. For example, if you choose FedEx 2 day shipping and your package goes out Friday, your package will not arrive until the following Tuesday.
First, check the tracking number included in your shipping notification email. When there are severe weather warnings, shipping is often delayed. If this is the case, FedEx does not reimburse shipping costs, therefore, Delta Baco doesn’t reimburse for severe weather delays.
If you live on the east coast and ship FedEx Ground, keep in mind that your package will take 5-6 business days to reach you… this means 7-8 days including the weekend.
It is very important that you are proactive with missing or delayed packages. Once the package has left the facility, it is out of our hands. Please make sure your address is correct, there aren’t any weather delays, and that you select the fastest shipping option that works best for you!

We classify orders into small, medium and large. Each order has a small fixed cost and a variable that depends on the size. For Spain, the fixed costs are € 9.90. If the order is Small – up to 1.5 kilos – nothing will be added ( € 9.90 ); if Medium – from 1.5 to 5 kilos – € 10 ( € 19.90 ), if Large – from 5 kilos onwards – € 10 more ( € 29.90 ). DHL Express’ international freights can be very high. You always will see what is the amount before to pay.
Shipments by National Postal Services are € 5.90, € 15.90 and € 25.90, according to weight, respectively. But if the order is $65 or more, standard shippings are completely free.
We can ship our goods anywhere, but keep in mind that it is rather expensive to ship internationally. The recipient is responsible for paying all brokerage, duties, and taxes associated with international shipping.
All packages are insured within the United States through FedEx, in Europe by DHL.
To file a claim for packages that are damaged or have missing contents, claims must be reported within 60 calendar days from the delivery date. File here.
For general merchandise, complements and / or accessories:
If merchandise, complements and / or accessories is broken or defective upon arrival, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days from purchase. In the case you want to make a return on merchandise, complements and / or accessories that is not broken or defective, the product must be unused, in its’ original packaging and within 30 days from purchase. If we receive the product and it appears to be used you will not be refunded. Delta Baco’s shipping policies does not cover the return shipping cost for the product. For international packages, we are willing to replace merchandise damaged in transit. However, we would need the damaged goods returned and unfortunately we can not cover the shipping costs. For tobacco purchases:
We cannot guarantee refunds on tobacco purchases. For so, if you have purchased tobacco from Delta Baco and are not satisfied or if you have purchased a tobacco subscription and wish to cancel the remainder due to dissatisfaction, please email deltabaco@deltabaco.com and a Delta Baco representative will get back to you with further information.
