However, it’s important to note that we are not the manufacturers of these products.
To ensure transparency and clarify the responsibilities between our company and our customers, we have outlined the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to set clear expectations regarding product quality, delivery times, and liability, providing you with the necessary information to make informed decisions.

Terms and Conditions for Product Orders
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by KALYSIS IBERIA SL. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
- Product Quality and Specifications: The customer acknowledges that the products supplied are manufactured by a third-party factory. KALYSIS IBERIA SL makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, specifications, or fitness of the products for any particular purpose. Any descriptions, images, or samples provided are for illustrative purposes only. The actual products may vary in appearance, specifications, or quality.
- Delivery and Lead Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are subject to change. KALYSIS IBERIA SL shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by the third-party factory or other circumstances beyond our control. The customer is responsible for tracking the order and making necessary arrangements to receive the delivery.
- Inspection and Acceptance of Products: Upon receipt of the products, the customer must inspect them immediately. Any claims regarding defects, shortages, or non-conformities must be reported in writing within 5 working days of receipt. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the products as received. KALYSIS IBERIA SL will assist in facilitating communication with the third-party factory regarding any issues but shall not be held liable for any defects or non-conformities.
- Returns and Replacements: Returns or replacements are subject to the third-party factory’s policies. KALYSIS IBERIA SL will assist in coordinating such requests but is not responsible for the factory’s decisions or actions.
- Limitation of Liability: KALYSIS IBERIA SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of reputation, arising out of or related to the sale or use of the products.The customer assumes all responsibility for the use, storage, and handling of the products after delivery.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunals of Málaga, Spain.

By placing an order with KALYSIS IBERIA SL, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
